About

I’ve been practicing yoga recreationally since I was a teenager. I began practicing spiritually about three years ago. I finally decided to commit to it in a more whole hearted way and began yoga teacher training June 2007. Part of my training involves keeping a yoga journal of every class I attend to submit to my teacher. As a lover of blogging (my main site is here) it was obvious to me that this would be the best way to keep track of my thoughts along the teacher training path.

Congrats on the new blog; looks beautiful!

Looks good kisha. Are you able to take a week off from your yoga while you are here in July?

Hi Donna,

Maybe we can go to a yoga studio together in Midland for a class! That would be great, because I am supposed to be going to as many different studios as possible.

We’ll see.

This is awesome. Blessings on your practice and your commitment! xo
